Navient Loan Forgiveness Suit Isn’t Preempted, Workers Say

Selendy & Gay, representing a class of public servants, recently opposed Navient Corp.’s motion to dismiss. In October of 2018, Selendy & Gay filed a class action lawsuit against the loan servicer alleging that the company misled borrowers from accessing Public Service Loan Forgiveness in order to boost its own profits.
