Selendy Gay was honored with the “2025 Corporate Ally Award” by The Williams Institute, a think tank at the UCLA Law School dedicated to conducting independent research on sexual orientation and gender identity law and public policy. The award was given in recognition of the long-time support and partnership between the Williams Institute and Selendy Gay, most recently through an amicus brief filed on behalf of two scholars associated with The Williams Institute in United States, et al. v. Skrmetti, a case in which the Supreme Court will determine the constitutionality of Tennessee’s ban on the provision of gender-affirming medical care to minors.
The award was accepted by Selendy Gay Partner David Flugman, who is a member of The Williams Institute’s Founders Council, Partner Lauren Zimmerman, and Associate Joshua Bean at The Williams Institute Annual Gala in West Hollywood.
