Partner Jennifer Selendy spoke on a panel titled “Liability Management Strategies: Unpacking the Playbook.” The panel was one of many hosted by the Practising Law Institute during its conference, Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings, and Workouts 2023.
This segment explored liability management strategies as an important facet of the current markets and something that is likely to continue with the increased cost of capital and the financial distress in certain market sectors. Along with other senior professionals on the panel, Jennifer contributed key takeaways from Selendy Gay’s recent victory and settlement on behalf of lenders in their dispute against Trimark and lenders that participated in its uptiering transaction.
