Partner Joshua Margolin joined a panel titled “New Focus on Corporate Recidivism” at the Global Investigations Review (GIR) Live annual conference in Washington, D.C. GIR is a leading source for global coverage of worldwide corporate investigations and their aftermath.
“New Focus on Corporate Recidivism” explored how the Department of Justice’s updated guidance on corporate recidivism will impact corporations’ self-reporting. Joshua, along with the other panelists, discussed this new guidance, including how treatment in foreign jurisdictions would impact the likelihood of a “recidivist” company self-reporting in the United States.
Joshua was joined on the panel by Daniel Bruan, Zuckerman Spaeder; Kristy Greenberg, Hogan Lovells; and Lorinda Laryea, Department of Justice. Robert Luskin, partner at Paul Hastings, moderated the conversation.
