Dislocation and delays of normal procedure during the 21 months of Covid 19 have boosted the litigation finance market and with it the possibility of greater securitization, Jordan Goldstein told Structured Creditor Investor.
Goldstein, a former deal attorney who now specializes in complex financial products litigation, was a featured speaker at December’s ABS East conference in Miami. His panel, "Pandemic Recovery Assessment,” explored the emergence of litigation finance as a securitized asset class.
Goldstein spoke with SCI about the now billion-dollar litigation finance market, which is expected to expand in the coming years.
