For the sixth consecutive year, Selendy Gay has announced associate bonuses that exceed the levels set by Big Law firms. This year, associates in good standing will receive bonuses that top market rates by 15%, with the vast majority of associates receiving more based on a holistic assessment of performance, hours, and commitment to the firm, and some receiving more than 60% above market in recognition of their extraordinary efforts.
