Alvaro Mon Cureño

Alvaro Mon Cureño is a litigator with experience in regulatory enforcement, bankruptcy, and internal investigations. He has represented corporate clients in financial services, retail, technology, and other industries.

In his public interest practice, Alvaro successfully represented 33 undocumented immigrants in a civil RICO action against their former immigration attorneys. He has also represented clients in federal criminal proceedings, pro bono.

Alvaro earned his J.D. from Cornell University, where he was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association.
