Florian Loibl is a litigator with experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters and particular expertise in international and domestic arbitration and cross-border disputes. He has acted as counsel under the rules of multiple major arbitral institutions and in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.

Florian earned a Bachelor of Law and Master of European Law from the University Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), France, and completed his First State Examination in Law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany. He also holds a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Germany and New York.

Before joining Selendy Gay, Florian was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York.
