Gustavo Berrizbeitia earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was academics chair of La Sociedad and the Law and Political Economy Society. While in law school, he was a legal intern for the Veterans Legal Services Clinic, where he litigated individual cases and a class action on behalf of veterans wrongly denied benefits in federal district court. His Note “The Political Economy of Arbitration Law” was published in Volume 134 of the Yale Law Journal in October 2024.
Before law school, Gustavo was a paralegal in Washington, D.C. and a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
