Jacob Grover earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was director of the Civil Rights Law Project and distinguished for his pro bono service. While in law school, Jacob was an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. He was also a criminal defense practice intern at Brooklyn Defender Services.
