Jordan Garman is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has represented clients in contract, shareholder dispute, and antitrust matters. Her clients have included large telecommunications companies and financial services firms.
In her pro bono practice, Jordan has represented an indigent criminal defendant on appeal, achieving a reversal of the judgment and remand for a new trial after arguing before New York’s Second Department.
Jordan earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she received honorable mention for brief writing and oral advocacy in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Wolford of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
