Kevin Hu is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.
In his public interest practice, Kevin has represented asylum applicants and co-authored amicus briefs filed in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal Courts of Appeals concerning the Affordable Care Act, the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents program, and marriage equality.
Kevin received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as a Sidebar Editor on the Columbia Law Review and as a research assistant for Professors Jessica Bulman-Pozen and Suzanne Goldberg. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Leondra R. Kruger of the California Supreme Court, the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Honorable Analisa Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
