Kevin Cheng earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a symposium editor of the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities. During his time in law school, Kevin represented immigrants in detention, low-wage workers, and a nationwide class of DACA recipients and DACA-eligible individuals as a law student intern for the Worker & Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic.
Prior to law school, Kevin was a Development Manager for the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund, which has freed over 4,000 legally innocent New Yorkers from pretrial detention.
