Masha Simonova is a litigator with experience in white collar and criminal investigations, and handles a broad range of complex litigation matters. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude. She was the executive editor of the National Security Journal at Harvard, as well as on the board of the Journal on Legislation. She has been published by the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice and Brooklyn Journal of International Law.
Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Masha served as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and for the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Miami, Florida. She also served as a paralegal in the Brooklyn District Attorney Office’s Appeals Bureau and offered her time as a volunteer attorney for the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) Southern District of New York Pro Se Legal Clinic.
