Stephen Federowicz is a litigator with experience in a broad range of complex commercial disputes and appellate matters.
Before joining Selendy Gay, Stephen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to that, he was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented clients in securities, appellate, RICO, and civil matters, among others.
Stephen holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was the executive editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
