Christine Chung, head of Selendy & Gay's White-Collar Litigation & Investigations practice and former highest-ranking trial attorney at the International Criminal Court, will be a panelist at International Law Weekend 2019, presented by the American Branch of the International Law Association.
In "Prosecutorial Discretion: Sword or Shield of the International Criminal Court?", Chung and her co-panelists will examine the future of the ICC in light of several countries' recent withdrawals, as well as the Court's decision to forgo an investigation into actions committed by the Taliban, Afghan Forces, and U.S. personnel in Afghanistan.
