For the seventh consecutive year, Selendy Gay will exceed the associate bonus levels set by the legal market.
“This year’s scale acknowledges our associates’ immense efforts in 2024 to secure tremendous results for our clients, including significant trial victories,” said Maria Ginzburg, the firm’s managing partner. “We deeply appreciate our associates’ dedication to our firm, its clients, and one another.”
This year, associates in line with the firm’s targets will receive bonuses that exceed market rates by 15% or more based on performance, hours, and firm citizenship, as well as a special bonus in recognition of work during a very busy year-end that sustains the firm's strong momentum through Q4 and into 2025. Some associates will receive an even higher bonus (not reflected in the below table) based on extraordinary performance, resulting in bonuses up to more than 50% above market.
